Cancellation Policy
Last updated 2026-02-14
1. Process
Submit cancellation requests to academy@glow-pulse.one with your invoice number, participant name, and reason so finance can match the request to records quickly.
Approved refunds return to the original payment method unless wire reversal is impossible, in which case we will propose an alternative and document mutual agreement.
Processing typically completes within fourteen business days after approval, though card networks may add their own settlement delays.
2. Scope
This policy covers tuition for public FiberForge programs purchased directly through our enrollment portal or authorized resellers. Custom statements of work include their own cancellation clauses when they conflict.
Community membership fees follow the same timelines unless a promotional campaign explicitly states otherwise at purchase.
3. Eligibility
Full refunds are available when you cancel at least twenty-one days before the first instructor-led session of a cohort. Inside twenty-one days, partial credits may apply depending on seat scarcity and whether we can fill your seat from the waitlist.
If we cancel a cohort due to low enrollment or force majeure, you receive a full refund or a free transfer to the next date—your choice.
4. Timeframe
The twenty-one-day window is measured in Seoul calendar days up to 23:59 local time on the cutoff day. Weekend submissions count as received the next business day for queue ordering only, not for extending deadlines.
Digital workbooks delivered early are deducted from refundable amounts if you downloaded them before canceling.
5. Exceptions
No refunds are offered once you attend more than twenty percent of live sessions except where mandatory consumer law overrides this sentence.
If you violate the code of conduct and are removed for cause, no refund is owed for unused sessions.
Third-party exam vouchers purchased through us follow the vendor's policy once codes are issued.
6. Contact
Escalations after an initial denial may include a short video call with our student success coordinator to ensure misunderstandings are cleared before any final decision.
Regulatory complaints about consumer rights may also be directed to the Korea Fair Trade Commission where applicable law permits.
