Code of conduct

FiberForge spaces—virtual and physical—prioritize safety for anyone learning complex storage networking. We discuss production-adjacent topics; that responsibility means careful tone, anonymized data, and no harassment.

Expected behavior

• Share traces with labels removed unless everyone in the room has clearance.
• Credit mentors and peers when reusing their templates or checklists.
• Ask clarifying questions before assuming negligence on past incidents.

Unacceptable behavior

• Slurs, sexualized comments, or coordinated pile-ons.
• Recording private mentor feedback without consent.
• Spamming commercial offers outside designated channels.

Reporting

Email academy@glow-pulse.one with the subject “Conduct report”. Moderators acknowledge within two business days and follow up with timelines when investigations require silence.
